Here was the original problem:

Solution–
After arriving at a 3NT contract, a 4NT bid is quantitative, i.e. invitational to 6NT. Specifically is says “Partner, if you are on the top of your range, bid 6NT.” In this auction West’s 2♦️bid limits his/her hand to 12-14 or maybe 12-15. So East wants West to bid the NT slam with 14-15 points. West’s hand is a very good 14 point hand so West should accept East’s invitation and bid 6 NT.
Your next challenge is to make this slam.
I recognized ‘quantitative’, but still like finding out aces and kings by the 5 level. If East doesn’t like diamonds West could be in big trouble and needs top honors.
