East/West cash the top two ♥️s and then shift to a trump. You draw trumps in three rounds {West had two and East had three). You can count on ten top tricks– six ♣️s, two ♦️s, and two ♠️s.
What is your plan to get that critical eleventh trick?

Interesting because I will not find myself at the 5 level. I see the bidding the same but do not see North responding with 4hcp unforced at the 3 level. If North does bid unforced I see the bid of 5 clubs as reasonable. The however is North bidding.
Play, I see only one hope and prayer – East with QJ of Spades and East foolishly does not force the 2nd spade with either the Q or J. However the safer way is to end-play taking all of the tricks leaving QJ of Spades needing to be protected as well as the QJ of Diamonds
At a guess: Must hope that Ds break 3/2 – you have 8 pieces with dummy and that the remaining top D is also with the top S.
Take D at trick 3. Draw all trumps, play KS then to the A. Back to hand with low D leaving 1 card in South’s hand.
Hopefully hand (W) holding top D also holds QS ??
