West leads the A♦️ and all follow. On trick two West continues with K♦️– ruffed in dummy. On trick three Dummy plays a trump, East follows with a small trump, South plays K♠️, and West discards the 3♦️.
Now what?
East Gets Stuck:
East has 2 spades. the hand likely has 3 or 4 heart. South can play heart king then Heart 4. North get heart A in hand and then lead Heart 5. South can trump it, Then lead trump. East get into its hand with spade A. If east has 3 heart only then North and South make the contract. If east has 4 heart then the thing become complex. Just my thought.
AK of H, ending in hand ruff a diamond and throw East in the Lead.
Play the H K, followed by a H to the A and a H ruff back to hand. Then lead a trump to E’s A. If E held 3 or less hearts, he’s endplayed. if he held 4 or more, ruff the heart return and depending on the pitches play the clubs for, probably, W holding the A.
On the 4th trick, play King of Hearts, then the Ace of Hearts, then lead last trump in dummy , throwing East in. Whatever he leads gives declarer the 10th trick.
You also need to ruff a third round of hearts.
